It is your responsibility to photograph the condition of your hire car at the beginning and end of your hire period

Your car must be returned with a full tank of fuel.

Returning your vehicle (instructions given on arrival):

  • To Borry’s office: no later than 10:30am on day of departure.
  • To your accommodation: no later than 10:30am on day of departure.
  • To the Airport (only by prior arrangement): at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure.

You may be charged for an additional day’s hire if your car is not returned on time.

Declaration

All persons noted on the rental agreement shall be liable for accident excess stipulated.

The Hirer authorizes Eldoo to process a credit card copy for any charges incurred.

Regular Keys – $50.00

Electronic Keys – $500.00

  • Towing Fee – $200.00
  • Locked keys in Car – $40.00
  • Cleaning Charges

Interior Unreasonably Soiled or sand – $80.00

Fish smell in vehicle – $100.00

Smoking in vehicle – $100.00

  • Refuel Charge – $20.00 + cost of fuel
  • Flat Battery Charge – $40.00
  • Car Damage based on panel beater quote + replacement parts coast + administration charges
